Required Qualification Experience, and Skills:
Master's or higher degree in relevant fields (Education, TVET, Management, Business Studies).
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in relevant field (management of TVET training institution or project management) including three years experience of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of development activities.
At least three years of experience in working with federal, provincial, and local governments in the management, organization development and implementation process.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Knowledge and work experience in Human Resource Management.
