Deputy Team leader (Planning and Result Measurement)

Required Qualification Experience, and Skills:

• Master's or higher degree in relevant fields (Education, TVET, Management, Business Studies). 

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in relevant field (management of TVET training institution or project management) including three years experience of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of development activities. 

• At least three years of experience in working with federal, provincial, and local governments in the management, organization development and implementation process.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. 

• Knowledge and work experience in Human Resource Management.
