The Deputy Project Manager will play a vital role in the successful execution of the Chhujung Khola Hydroelectric Project. This position requires a dynamic individual with the ability to assist the Project Manager in overseeing the project from planning through to completion. The Deputy Project Manager will be responsible for supervising the technical team, ensuring that all project activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, and contributing to the overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure that all project objectives are met within the defined timeline and budget constraints.
• Oversee the day-to-day progress of the project, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the project’s goals. Regularly evaluate project outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead and supervise the technical team, ensuring that all members are working cohesively towards the project’s objectives. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Contribute to the strengthening of the organization by implementing best practices in project management and ensuring continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.
• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders, including the technical team, management, and external partners. Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
