General Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in relevant field along with strong interest in Business Intelligence, Software implementation and Process Management.
  • Proven experience in leading concurrent projects and task by managing a team of technical staffs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skill and proven ability to carry on a business conversation at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
  • Strong Leadership, Decision Making and Problem Solving skill.
  • Self-development skills to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends.
  • Willingness to travel outside country as per need.
  • International exposure/experience holder would be preferred.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Experience and understanding of data warehouse design and implementation
  • Understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and best practices
  • Experience analyzing & managing complex data
  • Experience using Project Management Tool
  • Good understanding of database technologies, specifically Oracle
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports
  • Experience interacting with senior management both in a technical and functional role
  • Prior experience with a Business Intelligence reporting tool

Job Description

Key Responsibilities                                                                                                

  • Lead the development and implementation of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the department
  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary
  • Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies
  • Provide expertise and consulting to team members in the process of project management and in the softer skills of team dynamics, team building and group motivation.
  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
