Job Description:

Deputy Clinical Service Director is responsible for the safety of clients and the quality of the program’s clinical services across all channels. S/he should manage both the clinical governance and the clinical capacity building arms of the country program. S/he will should align all clinical services of the country program with the MSI Policy on Clinical Quality and Accountability.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

MBBS degree or Master of Nursing is necessary. MPH/ MDGP or MD in Gynaecology will be an added advantage. At least 6 years of working experience in SRH field with senior management level experience is required. Significant experience managing clinical provider networks including surgical family planning and post abortion care is essential. Proven experience in clinical governance of SRH services is highly desirable.
