Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO)

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our executive leadership team as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO). 

The DCEO will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in executing corporate strategy while directly leading fund management and equity management functions. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, financial expertise, and execution capability to drive investment performance, operational excellence, and stakeholder confidence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fund Management & Capital Allocation

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of fund management strategies
• Ensure efficient capital allocation aligned with company objectives and risk appetite
• Oversee liquidity management, treasury functions, and investment structuring
• Monitor fund performance and implement corrective strategies where necessary

2. Equity Management

• Develop and execute equity investment strategies across sectors
• Oversee portfolio construction, diversification, and risk-adjusted returns
• Track market trends, conduct financial analysis, and identify new investment opportunities
• Supervise portfolio performance and recommend buy/sell/hold decisions

3. Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Support the CEO in translating vision into actionable business strategies
• Drive implementation of corporate goals and monitor organizational KPIs
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment across departments
• Act as second-in-command in executive decision-making

4. Financial Oversight & Risk Management

• Ensure robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting systems
• Oversee risk management frameworks related to investments and operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
• Work closely with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions

5. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and presentations
• Support fundraising initiatives, capital raising, and strategic partnerships

6. Organizational Leadership

• Provide leadership and mentorship to senior management and investment teams
• Foster a performance-driven and accountable organizational culture
• Strengthen internal systems, reporting structures, and operational efficiency
