Job Description

Provide administrative support to the department by handling phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews.
Proper coordination & communication within the team and external Clients for the project.
Maintain and organize departmental files, records, and databases.
Assist recruiters as well as office members in organizing and coordinating the recruitment process.
Interact with clients and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information and assistance to clients and candidates as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients, candidates, and internal processes.
Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by department managers.
