Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Dental Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth coordination between patients and doctors. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring the clinic's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient-Doctor Coordination:

Ensure seamless communication and coordination between patients and dental professionals.
Oversee appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and manage patient queries and concerns.
Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and updated.

2. Corporate Tie-Ups:

Identify and establish partnerships with corporate entities to expand the clinic’s patient base.
Negotiate and manage corporate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Develop and implement corporate wellness programs and initiatives.

3. Patient Acquisition and Retention:

Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of new patients.
Implement patient retention programs to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor patient feedback and take necessary actions to address any issues.

4. Clinic Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies.
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and equipment.

5. Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure the financial health of the clinic.
Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
Provide regular financial reports to senior management.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Required Age:More than 35 years

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
