  • Must have passed or running Bachelor’s degree in any IT related field with good knowledge and 1-year experience in Microsoft SQL Server  
  • Candidates with previous experience in night support in a software company are highly preferred 
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Provide the first level of support for any Software related issues
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Description

  • Communicating with clients and working on the client requirements 
  • Working on the tickets raised by the clients and escalating them to the concerned team if it could not be resolved in the meantime 
  • Actively communicating with the team in the US 
  • Work closely with the Team Leader, Business Analyst, and Product Owner for understanding the functional and system requirements 
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems 
  • Create reports and write programs to test and analyze the database 
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential 
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Provide support for queries by troubleshooting and responding to user requests and questions, researching, and correcting systems problems, and following up with the end-users to ensure satisfactory resolution of systems-related issues 
  • Identify areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity 
  • Others as required
