- Communicating with clients and working on the client requirements
- Working on the tickets raised by the clients and escalating them to the concerned team if it could not be resolved in the meantime
- Actively communicating with the team in the US
- Work closely with the Team Leader, Business Analyst, and Product Owner for understanding the functional and system requirements
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
- Create reports and write programs to test and analyze the database
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Provide support for queries by troubleshooting and responding to user requests and questions, researching, and correcting systems problems, and following up with the end-users to ensure satisfactory resolution of systems-related issues
- Identify areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity
