We are hiring an ERP Data Entry and Testing Assistant to support data entry into our ERP system while helping test basic system workflows. This is an entry-level support role, ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience working with business software and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data accurately into the ERP system (accounts, inventory, vendors, customers, etc.)
Follow provided formats and step-by-step instructions
Perform basic checks to ensure data reflects correctly across screens and reports
Identify and flag obvious errors, missing fields, or incorrect outputs
Maintain a simple log of issues or inconsistencies encountered
Remain available and responsive during the assigned 4-hour daily window
Support basic system testing through regular use

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Required Skills:

Basic computer literacy
Comfort using web-based software tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions consistently
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Reliable internet connection and daily availability

Preferred:

Basic understanding of accounting, inventory, or business records

Work Expectations

This is a support-level, execution-focused role
Training and clear SOPs will be provided

Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (on-call during assigned hours)
