Job Description

  • Develop Data Entry: Enter CCTV camera footage, entry logs, and other security-related data into the designated system with precision and attention to detail. 
  • Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of the entered data by cross-referencing with the source documents and liaising with relevant personnel. 
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all security-related data, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes. 
  • Report Generation: Prepare regular reports summarizing the data collected, including surveillance activities, incidents, and trends, and submit them to the supervisor. 
  • Quality Control: Conduct periodic audits of the entered data to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity. 
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and adhere to security protocols to protect the integrity of the data. 
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data entry issues, system errors, or technical problems in collaboration with the relevant support team. 
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards regarding data entry, privacy, and security. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness.
