Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop Data Entry: Enter CCTV camera footage, entry logs, and other security-related data into the designated system with precision and attention to detail.
Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of the entered data by cross-referencing with the source documents and liaising with relevant personnel.
Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all security-related data, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes.
Report Generation: Prepare regular reports summarizing the data collected, including surveillance activities, incidents, and trends, and submit them to the supervisor.
Quality Control: Conduct periodic audits of the entered data to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and adhere to security protocols to protect the integrity of the data.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data entry issues, system errors, or technical problems in collaboration with the relevant support team.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards regarding data entry, privacy, and security.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry software or systems
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Understanding of security procedures and protocols is a plus
Familiarity with CCTV camera systems and surveillance technologies is advantageous
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Note:

Working hours: 9 hours (7:45 PM to 4:45 AM- night shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
