The Data Collection Officer will play a critical role in gathering, verifying, and managing data from diverse sources to support research, decision-making, sales, and organizational objectives. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining data quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect data through surveys, interviews, field visits, online sources, and other designated methods. 
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness by cross-verifying sources and conducting quality checks. 
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security. 
• Work closely with relevant departments to understand data requirements and reporting needs. 
• Analyze and summarize collected data for reports, presentations, and decision-making. 
• Follow data privacy and ethical guidelines while handling sensitive information. 
• Prepare and submit timely data collection reports. 

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Sales Management practices
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Interest in technology and software solutions
• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications)
• Must have a driving license and a vehicle.
