Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst at New IT Venture Corporation in Kathmandu. The Data Analyst will be responsible for daily tasks such as analyzing data, interpreting statistics, data modeling, and effective communication of insights derived from the data.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide research directions and questions to guide junior team members
• Collaborate with team members to align research project with objectives
• Analyze research data to identify key insights
• Create and suggest engaging, informative content for target audiences 

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Data Analytics expertise
• Strong foundation in Statistics
• Excellent Communication skills
• Data Modeling proficiency
• Experience in Data Visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• Prior experience in supervisory or team leadership roles is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively independently but also in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
