Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Cyber Security Trainer to join our team and empower learners with the skills to safeguard digital assets in today’s evolving threat landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and techniques, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Teach topics such as network security, ethical hacking, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response, and risk management.
• Provide hands-on training using tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, Kali Linux, and other industry-standard platforms.
• Develop lesson plans, practical labs, and assessments aligned with industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, and others.
• Guide students in solving real-world cybersecurity challenges and preparing for certifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, threats, and advancements in cybersecurity to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to students to help them build confidence and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar credentials are strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
