Academic Qualification:

The candidate should have passed Bachelor from recognized University (BCA, BIM, BSc. IT, BIT, BCIS)
Experience : None (1 year+ will be added advantage)

Should be able to work under pressure and after office hour

Job Description

Customer Support in relevant IT fields
Installation and Repairing of UPS, Power Equipment, CCTV, LAN and computer hardware, scanners and printers
Provide support and service related activities in customer location.
Provide quality and timely support service to customers
Research and develop required solutions for customers
Windows OS and other desktop software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Radio Link installation and configuration
