Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team.

You’ll represent the company by providing service through interacting, answering queries, resolving issues, enhancing customer experience and improving credibility and creating customer loyalty. You'll directly report to the Business Manager.

The platform has over 7 million users. Our users discover and share stories that interest them in texts, photos, and videos and earn FREE Smart Coins to shop in our partners’ stores.

 What do you have to perform?

  • Handling calls/emails of the customers/clients related to their orders, requests and complaints
  • Interact with Clients/investors/Users in relation to their Queries/Complaints as an effective communicator
  • Coordinate with customers for delivery
  • Packaging gift items and assisting in scheduling pickup for delivery
  • Working on Sagoon customer support portal
  • Take customer feedback on their experience and report it to the operation team
  • Creating and maintaining data reports then sending it to the reporting Manager

What Skills do you need to possess to perform the job?

  • Bachelor's running or  Graduate preferred in Management or any related field
  • Minimum 1+ or 2 years of hands-on experience in Customer Support
  • Should have good knowledge of Email, Internet and handling phone calls
  • Detail Product Knowledge
  • Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
