Job Description

  • Customer Support in relevant IT fields
  • Installation of UPS, LAN & computer hardware and Wincor ATM.
  • Provide support and service related activities in customer location.
  • Provide quality and timely support service to customers.
  • Research and develop required solutions for customers.
  • Windows OS and other desktop software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Wincor ATM application installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Hardware repair & preventive maintenance.
