  • Qualifications : Preferably Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Dental Science/Dental Hygienic Course
  • Experience : Minimum 3-5 Yrs. solid experinces as Dental Hygienist with exposures in Online Marketing of various Dental Products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Familiarity with the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using customer support software and systems.

      Job Description

      • Assist in day to day operation participating in strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, creating client Database, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories/services mainly related to Dentistry along with other Medical Divisions of Radiology, Neurology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Surgery, Opthalmology, Gynocology, Hospital Infrsastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions in Online Business Platforms, 
      • Assist in providing complete Online Business Solution to clients as per requirements, Online paltforms, digital marketing and email marketing campaigns, website banners, and social content developing, search engine optimization, promoting Online Catalogues, pricing products, 
      • Developing various promotional strategies, handeling logistics, addressing customer complaints and resolving these, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, preparing, 
      • Analysing and reporting Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with other Staff Members including all other E-Commerce Management related works as per the instruction under E-Commerce Manager and under instruction by the Management.
