will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, driven and have great interaction
skills as You will be dealing with international clients on phone most of the
time.
- This role will suit someone currently working in
a Customer Service Team (Inbound call centre experience will be highly
regarded) experience in high volume calls, live chat and computer
knowledge is essential.
- The
salary package is negotiable.
The role includes:
- Working
in a team who's key role is to respond to all customer enquiries
received via phone and email
- Working
across all aspects of our helpdesk in a timely manner aiming for a one
touch customer service experience.
- Providing
end to end resolution of all customer enquiries or queries
- Handle
client disputes with compassion and care
- Record
all communication and actions performed accurately and thoroughly.
- Perform
daily administration tasks
- Demonstrate
an outstanding customer experience in all aspects of your interactions
Essential:

English speaking is compulsory and must have strong hold in communicating

- Experience
in a call centre & administration
- A

- A
love of helping others and providing a positive interaction
- Very
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An
excellent customer-centric focus.
- Good
time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- The
ability to problem solves.
- Intermediate
skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience
in a call centre environment would be highly regarded and will be
appreciated.
