Job Type: Full Time & Part Time (Evening Shift)
Full Time: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Part Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Two-Wheeler: Mandatory with valid license

Your Role:

Foodmandu is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Support Representative. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you!

As a Customer Service / Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with delivery staff to ensure that customer needs are met swiftly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Provide chat support and address social media queries and complaints.
  • Process online and telephonic orders efficiently.
  • Mobilize delivery staff in a wise, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Follow through with payment transactions, refunds, and coordination with banks and payment partners.
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist restaurant partners with call support and issue resolution.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude.
  • Dispatch emails and follow up on customer concerns to ensure resolution.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and related operational issues.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks effectively.

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and handling phone systems.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler is a must.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
