Job Description

Responsible for providing customer support service
Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Other duties as assigned by the concerned authority

Note:

The interview and training session would be done through the Zoom app or other online means. So applicants must have access to the internet and have a smartphone or a laptop at least to be used during the training phase.

It is strictly for night shift although the training would be done during the day time.
