Job Description

As a CSR & Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will actively engage in sales activities, follow up with potential and existing customers, and promote our content-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Offer technical support and guidance related to our content-based products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.

Sales:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Present, promote, and sell our content-based products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into successful deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Persuasive and confident with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
