Job Description

As a CSR & Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will actively engage in sales activities, follow up with potential and existing customers, and promote our content-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions and concerns.
Offer technical support and guidance related to our content-based products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.

Sales:

Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Present, promote, and sell our content-based products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into successful deals.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Persuasive and confident with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
