Job Description

We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused Concierge Support Agents to join our team this December! As part of our frontline support crew, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) assisting customers online — ensuring smooth, responsive, and high-quality service every day.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication & Support

  • Respond online in a timely and professional manner to Airbnb guests’ enquiries, including bookings, check-in, check-out, property amenities, and house rules.

Booking Management

  • Assist with reservation confirmations, date changes, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring the process is smooth and compliant with Airbnb policies.

Check-in & Check-out Guidance

  • Provide step-by-step instructions (e.g., self check-in or key handover), resolve door-lock/access issues, and give clear guidance at check-out.

Issue Resolution

  • Respond quickly to maintenance, cleaning, or unexpected incidents; coordinate with the onsite manager, cleaning crew, and other relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.

Experience Enhancement & Upselling

  • Proactively recommend local attractions, dining, transportation, and value-added services to improve the guest experience and satisfaction.

Emergency & Escalation Handling

  • Serve as the first point of contact for urgent matters (e.g., lock failures, late-night incidents), provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the local team, cleaning, and operations to maintain effective emergency coordination, ensure smooth service workflows, and continuously improve ratings and guest satisfaction.
