We are seeking a committed and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues while ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a night shift, work-from-home opportunity requiring professionalism, consistency, and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with troubleshooting, product/service information, and order updates
Resolve complaints with patience and empathy while following company guidelines
Accurately record customer interactions in the system
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when required
Deliver excellent service while maintaining high productivity standards

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred (but not mandatory)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must own a Laptop/PC and have a reliable high-speed Internet connection
Quiet, professional home workspace
Must be willing to work night shifts
