Job Description

We're looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team. You will help buyers with any order/product related questions. You will:

  • Handle customer queries both by phone and email
  • Explain customers how to place an order online
  • Call customers to confirm their order if not already done or ask any product related questions such as size, color etc
  • Liaise will the sellers in case of problems, exchange or return

Overall, you can expect a lot of challenges. Ecommerce is very new in Nepal and we are here to take it to the next level.
