Aarya Wellness is one the the biggest day wellness center in Kathmandu which provide wide rage of Massages, unisex Salon, Singing bowl healing, yoga meditation and training for these services.

Role Summary

This is a full-time entry level Administration job that is regular in nature. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for the company and will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for the travel industry. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and guests to the office, providing them with essential information, and ensuring their needs are met. 
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members, or providing immediate assistance as needed. 
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinating schedules for team members. 
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, mail distribution, and report generation. 
  • Support the team with travel arrangements, reservations, and other travel-related tasks. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. 
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with the company. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory. 
  • Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. 

KEY COMPETENCIES 

Education and Experience: 

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is often required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. 

Location: Lazimpat, Kathmandu

Work Days: 6 days a week

Morning or Day Shift

Salary Range : 18K to 25K (Negotiable for the qualified candidate)
