About the job

Maven Consulting Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, possess excellent communication skills, particularly in English, and be comfortable interacting with clients primarily over the phone.

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner over the phone.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of service knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. 
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in CSR is preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with diverse customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
