Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should have a strong digital platform and IT background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be proficient in data entry and possess a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers through various digital platforms and provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
Use data entry tools and software to enter and update customer information in the company database.
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and resolution of any issues or concerns.
Maintain customer records and keep track of their interactions and transactions.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various online platforms.
Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customers and cross-sell other products.
Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues faced by customers.
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs set by the company.

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the garments or carpet industries.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms and IT tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in data entry and customer relationship management software.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
