Job Description

Marketing Support:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Problem resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Feedback collection: Gather and report customer feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, including email marketing, social media posts, and content creation.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer-centric content such as FAQs, guides, and how-to articles.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and insights for improving customer experience.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the company’s brand values and image in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written in English communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills(Microsoft Office Suite). 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Empathetic and patient.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required or bachelor’s degree preferred.
