Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Creabiz Studio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Understanding client needs, expectations, and objectives.

Project Management:

  • Overseeing the progress of client projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (creative, strategy, production, etc.) to meet client goals.

Communication:

  • Clearly communicating client briefs to the creative team.
  • Providing regular updates to clients on project status.
  • Presenting creative concepts and strategies to clients.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborating with clients to develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Identifying opportunities for client growth and proposing new projects or campaigns.
  • Advising clients on best practices and emerging trends in marketing and advertising.

Problem-Solving:

  • Addressing any issues or concerns clients may have.
  • Mediating between clients and the creative team to resolve conflicts.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.

Financial Management:

  • Preparing and managing budgets for client projects.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Ensuring financial aspects of client projects are accurately tracked and reported.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing clients with detailed reports.
  • Using data to make informed recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Measuring client satisfaction and implementing strategies for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Working closely with the creative, strategy, production, and digital teams.
  • Facilitating internal meetings to ensure everyone is aligned with client objectives.
  • Encouraging a collaborative environment to foster creativity and innovation.
