Job Description

  • Handling Incoming and outgoing calls
  • Ticket monitoring and providing support.
  • Escalation of Issue to immediate supervisor
  • Convening the customer regarding their issues
  • Information regarding chronic case to supervisors
  • Daily Reporting and documentation  


Qualifications

  • Minimum +2 passed or Bachelor running.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
