Job Description

We are a leading travel tour company located in Gaushala, Kathmandu, specializing in providing exceptional travel experiences to our valued customers. Our range of services includes Air Ticket Booking, Travel & Tour Booking, Homestay Booking, and Hotel Booking. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service throughout their journey. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing travel-related information, assisting with bookings, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • ✈️ Assisting customers with air ticket bookings and providing relevant information on flights, fares, and travel policies.
  • 🌆 Handling travel and tour bookings, including itinerary planning, reservation management, and addressing customer inquiries. 
  • 🏡 Managing homestay bookings, coordinating with homeowners, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
  • 🏨 Assisting customers with hotel bookings, including recommending suitable accommodations, managing reservations, and addressing any concerns or changes.
