Handling telephone calls and Greeting all visitors
Issue bills and make proper filing as well Diary Management
Handling queries of product, purchase order and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
Receiving and dispatching deliveries with VCTS
Support sales department for data entry
Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
Maintenance of staff attendance
