Job Description

  • Workshop repair and maintenance and coordination, performing as a head for hardware support
  • Dealer co-ordination on problem resolving and other related things
  • Monthly report of Service and Sales making to send to EPSON
  • Spare forecasting for the product in co-ordination with Customer Service Co-ordinator
  • Co-ordinate with EPSON India, Acer Singapore and D-Link India on major technical issues
  • Service of the AMC on Banks for financial solution of Data Card
  • Order placement and forecasting according to requirement of Data Card
  • Individual customer service and contact for ID solution of Data Card Printers in co-ordination with Data Card India on major issues
  • Help Administrative Support Co-ordinator and discuss on spare inventory management.
  • Help Customer Support Assistant on generating weekly service report
  • Overall combined monthly comprehensive report on service performance of service calls (Workshop/Onsite) and AMC support
  • Analysis monthly data and service performance and plan on future steps to improvise on the weak links of the division
  • Plan and execute service promotional events on channel partners with identification of the current scenario and make service of principal products more efficient and effective all over Nepal
  • Address other Hardware related works
