Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers by providing exceptional service, resolving customer queries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Handle complaints, recalls, cancellations, and follow-ups
  • Provide information on products, services, and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and operations teams
  • Support sales through client engagement and retention
  • Record customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Track and report service metrics and satisfaction
  • Train and supervise junior staff (for managerial roles)
  • Stay updated on customer service trends and practices
