Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers by providing exceptional service, resolving customer queries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Handle complaints, recalls, cancellations, and follow-ups
Provide information on products, services, and promotions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and operations teams
Support sales through client engagement and retention
Record customer interactions in CRM systems
Track and report service metrics and satisfaction
Train and supervise junior staff (for managerial roles)
Stay updated on customer service trends and practices

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
2–3 years of relevant experience; logistics/courier experience is a plus
Fluent in both English and Nepali (written and spoken)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software (CRM tools)
Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
