Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Handle complaints, recalls, cancellations, and follow-ups
Provide information on products, services, and promotions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and operations teams
Support sales through client engagement and retention
Record customer interactions in CRM systems
Track and report service metrics and satisfaction
Train and supervise junior staff (for managerial roles)
