Job Description

We are looking a candidate to work in a quickly growing international startup in wine tourism.

Who are you?

You are a hands-on problem solver with a “can-do” attitude. You have a strong drive to continuously improve business processes. Being in a startup environment provides you with a lot of opportunity to affect how the business develops. You will need to be flexible and inventive, take ownership and responsibility to make sure you and your team grow and develop. We will give you all the support you need to do this. 

You are comfortable working in an international environment with large parts of the team being online, our daily business interactions are to a large extent digital. You also need to have a great sense of customer service, this will be a guiding principle in your work. 

What are your key responsibilities

  • Ensure that we are providing great customer service in our contact with all business partners
  • Handle all our booking orders in our booking system
  • Ensure that both wineries, visitors and other partners are being given great customer service in our contact with them
  • Contact our partners for information, questions and surveys, and assist sales team in business development if needed
  • Oversee the backend booking system we use to create, follow and close customer orders.
  • Oversee the daily workflow and work scheduling of the customer service team and assign tasks to team members, as well as handling tasks yourself.
  • Manage billing invoices and payments flow in conjunctions with our accountant
  • Produce weekly performance indicators and suggest actions to improve performance
  • Coaches team in customer communication and lead team meetings
  • Continually improve our customer service function and drive improvement projects

What is your background?

  • A University degree in business admin or a related field or equivalent experience from customer service 
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheet skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Other languages like French, Italian, German or Spanish are appreciated
