• Maintaining relation with customers, internal staff as well as service providers or partners and following up and reporting  to them regularly on all shipments
  
• Mobile marketing, email marketing and content management/marketing skills
  
• Should know how to sell generating qualified lead opportunities
  
• Resolving disputes and creating win-win situation for both the Company and its customers
  
• Corresponding with overseas counterparts on a daily basis
  
• Creating and maintaining filing systems for all customer related documents
  
• Reporting to Line Manager on a Daily Basis
