The portfolio includes Outsourcing services to organizations in multiple industries such as insurance, banking, financial services, INGO’s, schools, telecom, transportation and travel, hotels to name a few. Our Human Resource Consulting and Outsourcing service are providing successful support to Nepalese business enterprises. Vacancy Announcement: Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience as a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficient in using CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
