Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop new business opportunities by promoting Rojgari Services' recruitment and job posting solutions to targeted accounts and potential clients.
Deliver clear and engaging sales presentations and service demonstrations via phone calls, online meetings, or in-person visits tailored to client needs.
Identify potential leads through research, cold calling, and networking to connect with decision-makers who can benefit from our services.
Follow up consistently with clients to address inquiries, provide additional information, and guide sales discussions toward successful closures.
Assist clients in navigating our job portal, ensuring they can post vacancies and access services effectively.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Recruitment and Job Matching, to ensure high-quality service delivery throughout client engagements.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Achieve sales and service targets regularly by adhering to company processes and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Share market insights and collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues and support team objectives.

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Proven experience in client relations or sales, preferably within the recruitment sector.
