Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Representative + Store Manager at The Laundry Bag in Kathmandu. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing store operations, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, the role requires providing excellent customer service and creating a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Experience skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience in retail or customer service roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
• Proficiency in Nepali and English languages
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
