We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to manage our online watch sales and support the growth of our digital business. The ideal candidate will oversee online customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate with marketing agencies to execute campaigns, and assist with retail store operations when needed. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Online Sales

Manage inquiries from the website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order-related questions.
Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
Follow up with customers to maximize sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Track daily online sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Marketing Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external marketing agencies.
Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Ensure marketing materials, product information, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results.
Coordinate product photography, content updates, and promotional activities as required.

Retail Store Support

Assist customers at the physical store during busy periods or when required.
Support store operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is organized and presentable.
Coordinate inventory availability between the online and physical store.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in online sales, retail sales, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualities

Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Interest in watches, fashion, or luxury retail is an advantage.
