  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with electric vehicles industry and technology and charging infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Nepali, Hindi, English and other local languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ready to take responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the office.

Job Description

The Customer Care Officer at GO EC Autotech Nepal will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support to our clients. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our electric vehicle charging services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and availability of EV charging stations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer service improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Participate in customer service training sessions.
