Job Description

  • Provide a high quality phone and customer service support for end-user customers.
  • Should know how to excel and exceed customers expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations.
  • Writing article, social media and reports in relation to the assigned project.

​​Job specification:

  • ​​Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Reporting state of art of the call, quaries and status to the supervisor and associated department.
  • Keep all the information in systems up to date and accurate.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Good IQ

Working shift: 8 am - 4 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm
Work days on rotation basis
