Executive Search of Merojob is recruiting on behalf of a prominent IT Company. We seek a dynamic candidate for this position. This role will focus on SaaS and international expansion, requiring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Role Overview:

Lead the technology vision and strategy for the company, particularly focusing on transitioning to a SaaS model and facilitating international expansion.
Drive innovation in product development and technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Technical Leadership:

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions.
Ensure robust architecture and infrastructure to support high availability and performance.

SaaS Expertise:

Experience in transitioning traditional software products to a cloud-based SaaS model.
Familiarity with subscription billing, multi-tenancy, scalability, and data security in SaaS environments.

Internationalization:

Manage technical aspects of entering new international markets, including localization, compliance, and scalability considerations.
Understanding of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on software development.

Team Management:

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop technical talent, ensuring skill growth and career progression.

Strategic Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, marketing) to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Provide technical leadership in discussions with investors, stakeholders, and potential partners.

Qualifications:

Education: Typically, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 10+ years) in senior technology roles within software companies, ideally in HR tech or SaaS environments.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.), microservices architecture, DevOps practices, etc.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Experience in scaling technology operations.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate and execute technology strategies that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Global Perspective: Experience with international markets and managing diverse technical and regulatory requirements.
