Location: Lalitpur (ON-SITE JOB)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Team Lead at Prolink Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The CSR Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving escalated customer issues, analyzing team performance metrics, and implementing improvements to enhance the customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as Team Lead of 40-50 people
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role is a plus

Office Timing- 9:30-7:30

Working 28 days per month.
