Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR Intern at EduSpace Nepal. The CSR Intern will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. The day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant customer support software and tools
Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
