Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they are aligned with company objectives and targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions to drive product awareness and demand.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, pricing, and profitability, to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
Travel within the country/region to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food grain or agriculture sector.
Strong understanding of the Nepalese market and consumer behavior.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
