Job description

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level CRM Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, specifically with Deluge scripting, and a solid understanding of the Zoho ecosystem. If you are passionate about building and optimizing CRM systems and have experience with other platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Zoho CRM Development: Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM using Deluge script to meet business requirements.
• Zoho Platform Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM and other third-party applications such as Twilio, RingCentral, 3CX, Dropbox, Echosign, and more using Zoho Flow, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Zoho Ecosystem Applications: Build and maintain custom business applications on Zoho Platform, including Zoho One, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho products.
• Cloud Application Development: Create ready-to-deploy cloud applications on top of the Zoho platform tailored to business needs.
• Zoho Flow Automation: Automate workflows and processes by leveraging Zoho Flow and other automation tools within the Zoho ecosystem.
• CRM Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Zoho CRM and related integrations, ensuring system stability and performance.
• API Integrations: Work with external APIs to create seamless integrations between Zoho CRM and various third-party services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Zoho CRM and other CRM platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years of CRM development experience, with a focus on Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting.
• Zoho Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow (API Tool), Zoho Creator, Zoho One, and other Zoho applications.
• API Integration: Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP) and experience connecting Zoho CRM with third-party applications like Twilio, RingCentral, and Dropbox.
• CRM Platforms: Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within CRM systems and integrations.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot development if Zoho experience is limited.
• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics and Zoho Reports for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud-based development and deployment practices on Zoho or other CRM platforms.
