Clickon International is seeking a driven and dynamic Customer Relation Manager to enhance client relationships and support business growth. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on retention and acquisition strategies
Manage and update the customer database, tracking engagement and feedback
Launch targeted campaigns to upsell and cross-sell
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Handle customer complaints with effective resolutions
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Mentor and train team members on CRM best practices

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years’ experience in CRM or a similar role in sales/marketing
Proven success in customer retention and acquisition
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
